*Author's note: I have fond memories of The Classic Erotic Trilogy of Sleeping Beauty by Anne Rice writing as A. N. Roquelaure and was excited to hear of a fourth book. To ensure I gave the story its due, I decided to reread the original series. As I delved further into what Playboy referred to as 'fashionably pornographic,' I had thoughts of trying my own hand at writing an erotic spin off of a fairy tale or myth.
